Strategy Session
The Strategy Session is a 60-minute phone or video meeting between the Project Manager and the client to gather key project information. During this session entrepreneurs will discuss various business solutions, such as step-by-step guidance on starting your first business, how to improve an existing business, access to educational materials and resources, insights from real-world experiences, one-on-one instruction from a subject matter expert, and an accountability partner as you experience the challenging, yet rewarding experience of becoming an entrepreneur.
